Xandy Sahla personal statement:
It is safe to say I have a boundless passion for all things film. Over the years I have written, produced and directed several of my own short films.
Professionally I have worked in the industry as a camera operator, as well as 2nd-unit director and have clocked-up over 40,000 hours of on set experience.
I have worked on many highly acclaimed feature films such as; ‘Pride’, ‘Belle’ and 007 'Skyfall’. Equally I have also worked on many outstanding TV dramas such as; ‘Mr Selfridges’, ‘Downton Abbey’ & ‘Unforgotten’. As well as many commercials and notable music videos such as; Take That - "Rule The World", George Michael & Many J Blige - "As" and Cheryl Cole "Parachute" . Through this extensive experience I have gained the considerable respect from the industries top producers, actors and crews.
In theatre I has worked closely with celebrated actor, playwright and theatre director Steven Berkoff, directing & producing multi-camera film productions of the his plays.
My other passions lie in the life time study of Japanese Samurai Swordsmanship. Age 21 I got a scholarship to study at the International Budo University in Japan. After which I became a member of the British Kendo team at several European & World Championships and was 3 time National & 2 time European Iaido 5th-dan Champion.

Jamie Higgins personal Statement:
I am a powerful and passionate technical dancer with the mental strength to match. I work hard on understanding how my body operates and then adapting this to different dance styles and forms. I am able to produce both sensitive and dynamic characterization in performance and have enjoyed showing this when working with company members learning established repertoire. I live to dance and am totally dedicated to the challenges ahead, I am very ambitious and self-motivated, and I dedicate myself to every opportunity and give one hundred percent of my time and ability. I am a loyal individual who loves making new friends and relishes the opportunity to dance with and learn from other professionals.

Simon Hill personal statement:
I have 25+ years experience in sound and video engineering. I cut my teeth in the live music industry before branching out into the corporate world.
I now specialise in services which include; event live streaming, hybrid events, live events, and webinars. I have a portable studio which means I can work from locations throughout the UK and overseas.
I also have my own Audio & Video Production company nn1audio based in Northampton.
